A unique chocolate with magical flavors, this 64% Cocoa Bittersweet chocolate is made exclusively with the harvest from the Millot Estate in the north of Madagascar, near the river Sambirano. The people of the region have grown cocoa for more than 200 years, and they continue their work by preparing cocoa for Valrhona's Ampamakia in the traditional way. The flavor is classic Madagascar: sweet cedar with a delicious finish of citrus and spice.
